November 29, 2012 - A Houston author and financial adviser will be in College Station on Saturday to promote his new book, The Story of Rich.
J.D. Joyce, a graduate of Bryan High School and Texas A&M University, peppered the book with local references, including a mention of Messina Hof Winery and a trip to a Bryan High School reunion.
Joyce, an investment adviser for two decades, uses stories about characters in the book to teach investment concepts and financial planning.
He will be at Barnes & Noble in College Station from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday to sign copies of the book.
